Recorder is a very personal album, because really everything is homemade, even more than in free float. Recorder times could call the album that is most genuine. The songs are very quiet, which some who cling to very Freischwimmer bothers.
On CD the songs really work, with a few exceptions such as "masterpiece" pretty quiet, quiet as all previous live but they are real firecracker. And to present a song as varied, sometimes quiet and sometimes rocky, that can only be achieved when one is wholeheartedly there.
