I bought this dumbbell bar with spring closure, because I was tired of constantly turning up the locking mechanism when changing the weights. The barbell is thanks to the rough surface comfortably in the hand and springs also hold very well. I was skeptical at first whether my weight would not eventually slip off the peg, but the weights are sitting so firmly that I'm over it now no more worries. All in all a dumbbell bar that delivers what it promises. Thus 5 *
