Have a big cutting board sought and am very happy with this WMF product, especially since it is my opinion quite cheap. You can use it from both sides, even with or without circumferential groove. I do prefer the keyless page, so you can push the clippings better from the board without the residues get stuck in the groove. The cleaning works fine, warm water and a little washing up liquid fetthatigen things dry, and allow to dry upright, ready. The board has been supplied plan and so far have stayed that way. Would buy again.
