I got this book as a present about 5 years ago when i was 26 and left it in the shelf for years. Judging the book by its title, I thought this thing another "get rich in three simple steps" of-kind book. I bumped into one day a video of Echardt Great in the internet and found it very interesting. Later That Day I Realized I had his book untouched in the shelf. So I started reading it. By my surprise I found did it was very realistically written. The excersises are very easy and he Proposes Pragmatic. I had been meditating in a group for about 1 year before I read the book and the things I read here did not only confirmed what I was experiencing, but so helped me enhance my meditation practice.
One more thing I have learned through this book is to be more understanding with other people. I kind of see through people's real problems much easier now and am able to give them better advice When asked. If you are trying to know yourself better or if you are looking for something but have no idea what it is your looking for ... I would totally recommend this book to you, Because it will help you understand yourself so much better.
