I often do my warm meal in the morning and eats +/- 6 hours later. This thermos keeps its promises, 6h later the meal is still very hot, so I have no doubt that even 7h later, it is still hot. A little expensive but so effective. (I had also bought bento Aladdin but the food was always cold :(, I heed therefore rather for salads) Although the container seems small, in fact we will easily check the contents of a very large plate. Do not forget to fill it with hot water until you warm up your meals. Then of course empty the water just before pouring the heated food. I WILL STRONGLY RECOMMENDS
