The organization of the book is this: the texts are early for edible plants at the end to poisonous plants; Color submissions boards are at the book center (right and often the faithful drawings showing seasonal variations of the plant or distinctive parts like flowers, berries, leaf, stem etc ..., left with a short description reference to the page number for a complete description). We walk with ease in these comings and goings. And it means a lot as it is on the ground. I highly recommend it.
Minor drawbacks: a colorful cover page at the center boards to separate edible and poisonous would be welcome, the descriptions are often located in the Alps, the Swiss and Belgium ....
