In terms of use, no worries! The unit heats up quickly and an LED indicates when the maximum temperature is reached. As for the cooking surface, it remains correct considering the price of the device: one can cook 2 paninis together or two large hamburgers. For Grenoble 2 tacos at a time)
The cleaning is very easy because the coating really not impressed (even after cooking a steak without added fat). A shot of paper towels and it's done!
As against the power cable is not very long but an extension and the problem disappears!
Really satisfied, I advice to budget !!
