I really hesitate to make that purchase saw the reviews .... I am satisfied. For the moment only one trial and it is rather conclusive. The plate is convenient to calibrate cookies and (obviously) does not catch. The piping bag is easy to use, a little effect guard paste on too late but at least we do not know when to use a conventional socket pocket like me, it does the job nicely.
