Here's how I did it phases:
1st phase: 3 days long only Almased and broth and vegetable juice. That's hardt.
Phase 2: for 6 weeks only noon to eat something, but because I am fed up with gegegessen dessert. That's good. Through strong decrease is motivated.
Phase 3: 16 Weeks only evening Almased. Even as I take still further.
Two things that were important to me:
1. snack steer clear! (Exception to the rule proves the rule!)
2. Sport and Exercise! And that is fun and works with Almased even better.
Will update how far it still goes down and how do I avoid the JoJo. Think through long 3 phase has the JoJo it hard ..
