I have now used the baking sheet about 2x. There are already scratches on the floor, but what do you expect when you have to cut brownies now times in the form of a sharp knife, as each coating is broken. I'm still on the assumption that the coating is now not so quickly solve by itself. It makes a pretty solid impression, but is still lengths of WMF and Co. from what is to be expected with the price difference, however, and that no criticism.
