-Packaging Was perfectly adequate -Supply Done within one day -To The Product: I have already bought the same water tap from the same provider about 6 years ago. so far everything worked out wonderfully, but you could see after many years just sometime normal wear and limescale. Therefore, a new was needed. Installation was super easy as the first tap. A detailed description is enclosed. 2 points that you must note here, however. 1) at the back of the faucet is missing in the delivery of the button, so that the water in the basin can not proceed. Luckily I was able to use the button from the last water ride. 2) in this "one-armed" faucet one must remember that there can be a bit noisy when the water flows through. But that seems to be normal for such one-armed models for research on the internet.
