Do not be fooled by the Greek and Latin quotations interspersed in the text, for me it's on purpose. Schopenhauer should be less his philosophical work (well not entirely) to speak of dialectics. His thesis is that a being at a debate that defends a thesis with arguments will not seek a point of agreement, a truth that is the subject of debate with his rival, but simply seek to win. Schopenhauer, cynical, balance like that that man is evil by nature and stratagems in his book that he will not only serve to make winning a debate. Thus we have the right to access sample method known perversity, hypocrisy and deception to get his thesis, even if it is false.
We readily reconnaƮra stratagems which we were the victims, but also the other which we used. Pleasant, cynical, and even didactic, I recommend it.
