To me it does not really matter, the main thing is it works. And it does this excellent phone. Only I find that the more extensive functions are not of course. For something ordinary like deleting the call records I need to take to hand me the manual. Since then is what I have to do, but some steps I need a couple of times to read. Perhaps I should make more calls or to play around with that thing. But it's not a phone but thankfully just a simple telephone. And apparently a good one. KHD
