This memory module I have used as an upgrade for an Asus netbook eeePC R101. The conversion is done in 5 minutes (ASUS SpeedBooster off in the BIOS, shutdown computer, loosen a bolt to Netbookunterseite, open the cover, loosen the two retaining tabs on the built-in 1 GB RAM chip, pull out the old RAM module, poke new and festklipsen, cover to tighten the screw; restart computer, turn it back on in the BIOS SpeedBooster, shutdown).
I notice a performance gain (faster response, no commemorative seconds) both (Office) programs, also with Internet Explorer and Firefox; Thanks to the 2 GB RAM Windows has now apparently outsource much less RAM contents to disk - no wonder when you consider that a Win 7 (Home) already in the "idle" like 600-750 MB of physical memory occupied.
Have noticed in my netbook no compatibility issues with this RAM module.
