Unfortunately I had to after 2-3 days wearing - notice that the outer rubber already redeemed, because it is glued to the back of the heel under the logo (small normal load in bus office and short walks). An e-mail to customer service with a short explanation later I have already received a commitment to replace the shoe. Fast, friendly, reliable - good service! Maybe it was just defective material. I hope that the new shoe will last longer, because I am really excited about the appearance and the comfort!

Now I had also received the "substitute Shoe" return, because this already very badly glued and produces arrived with me. Seem to be a simple "material errors", but rather a poor processing in the production. A great pity, because I really like this shoe model very.
