reduced speed

I purchased this from Amazon. But it was delivered in an open and all rooms were open box. So I asked another good play. But both routers have the same problem. My modem gives me about 80-90 Mbps on a wired connection. But when I connect the router, it gives me up to 20 Mbps (wired)! I decided to return it and get another router.
