This article is sold as reconditioned arrived in perfect condition (only the faded original packaging might suggest that this was an opportunity). Window 8.1 preinstalled and start smoothly. This is a little complicated to install Linux, but one day I had a dual boot PC corresponding to my expectations. Performance is good especially for the price.
