In its exchanges with Pierre (see "comments on comments"), LD deplores the pure judgments of taste, not argumentative, with a possible desire to harm ... In my humble opinion, there is a degree of subjectivity in everything which affects the art, especially music. So that BWV 127 and 159 are not great things for me. That is my feeling, not argued. For the sake of being "objective to myself," I conducted two separate tracks of several days. Well, these two cantatas do not cause, at home, the enthusiasm, the intense emotion of the thirty other Bach cantatas that I have and that I listen as often as possible. Not everything is worth, even in a genius.
