Previously had a cheap device (HD Nano) with which I was not at all satisfied. Poor reception, crude operation, long boot times. Not so with the 9500 HD, he is doing what he should, brilliant image, easy operation. Is not quite up to date (eg no HD +) but I can not fast-forward at HD + recordings and I eh not so often 'the private' look, I do not miss that.
