Remote interesting, but not so simple for all

This remote control is expensive, but well worth it to replace five other remotes.
A first small regret, the accuracy of the touch screen is poor. We should not have too big fingers. In addition there is often confusion between the bottom and the two icons light bars. This causes confusion for those who are not technical, because you have to understand what is past and what state the order to put the devices.
Not so easy for my wife who has no technical ability and happens to accidentally touch the touch screen and it happens more to understand what state are the devices.
In principle the key help (handy) should help. The questions asked to solve a problem are very efficient and quick fixes, but you have a technical mind and know what other eg AV1, AV2 etc.

Well I recognize my installation is not simple:
1. TV
2. Decoder 2 cable tuners with hard disk.
3. Satellite Receiver with 2 tuners hard drive.
4. Home theater NAS with radio and ethernet connection for mutilmédia on internal network.
5. VHS recorder.

With no real problem for me to use, with a still regret not having real physical buttons red, green, yellow and blue. These buttons are only present in tactile and after changing screen page.

The where my wife is doing well business with all separate remote controls here when it comes to more specialized use, such as home cinema network mode, it is lost.

For the rest it is quality material well thought out, but perfectible especially vis-à-vis the price.
Provided to know your material, the initial configuration is easy but long especially if one has a lot of complex devices.

Still, the goal is achieved, the multiple remote controls have disappeared from the living room.
