Remote works unfortunately only from max. 50cm distance

This receiver could easily be put into operation and also looks good.
Unfortunately, I only noticed during operation, the remote control or the corresponding diode in the device is so weak or bad works that remote control commands only from max. 50cm distance will be accepted.
The hotline also had no explanation.

This fact is not noticed when setting up the device, because I'm very close to sitting in front of the TV and receiver. The lack, however, is totally unacceptable for me in daily operation. Therefore the return on Amazon was carried out.
