Have the additional two-year extended warranty purchased for a Onkyoreceiver and needed this also exactly 2 years and 2 weeks. The communication worked very well with the Ergo, no long waiting times at the call center, nice contact and very accommodating. The repair service, however, was a little sluggish. At the end of regulation I got complete replacement for my defective unit and have now spoiled for choice with the renewed Choosing. Overall I was very happy to have had the insurance. Nothing is more annoying than when directly after the warranty happened a failure.
