After great trouble (commissioning not possible - see my review hama repeater) with the Hama Repeater I informed me at the Gigaset Hotline via the Gigaset repeater and connectivity. I received competent information and some valuable tips (off potential sources of interference: Switch off all handsets in the repeater environment, router off) to register the repeater to my base station Gigaset S810A. Bought repeater. Base station repeater mode is activated. In accordance with the advice handsets and router off. Repeater turned on (power cord plugged into the socket) - left blinks. The login button down for 4 seconds at the base station. After another 3 seconds duration illumination of the left LED on the repeater. Login Successful. So easy! Placed the repeater to its destination: the house one floor above the base station, separated by a ceiling / floor with underfloor heating. Repeater connected to outlet. Immediate continuously lit left diode. Connection with the base station made. Switched off all handsets again and telephoned. Two handsets used in the area of the repeater. Functioning both in the repeater range. The flashing of the right LED on the repeater indicates that the handset is connected through the repeater to the base station. Perfect! (Since everything works perfectly, I have waived the control of the control tone and can make any statement about here.) This repeater is indeed almost twice as expensive as the Hama repeater, but worth the money. Absolute buy recommendation.
