Can only the purchase of Braun Oral B toothbrushes advise. In my Triumph 9900 (top price segment) lies even with the best battery maintenance after the warranty period the battery so after that brushing teeth for only a few seconds was possible. After inquiry the Brown-Service Partner was informed divided me that a battery replacement is not possible, only the purchase of a new handpiece to 57, which is, however, no longer produced for this model. Upon closer demand at Brown, I received a reply that the number of years for which a company has to provide parts and service for a device is available, is not fixed. So tough luck! The cleaning performance I was perfectly satisfied, as far as this company policy worthy in any way acceptable (even from environmental point of view) and a so-called brand-name manufacturer.
