Replacement device connects. Supplementary reading !!!

Unfortunately, the device does not connect more with my earphones.
After the second or third time it's turn then.
I sit about 3-4m away from the device, although there are always times dropouts.
Once again, I would probably not buy.

I was contacted by the company and was asked to try out a replacement unit.
Once I did that, I will adjust the valuation of course.
Anyway, I prefer much concession ever my hat.
This unfortunately happens all too rarely. For most, the customer is only payer.
