After much back and forth I landed at the Qimsa from Vaude and have now brought the first tour with 2 1/2 hours at 3 or 4 dank degree behind me. Conclusion: a great trousers, sits just fine, keeps you warm (but is still breathable, so you do not sweat about) and the freedom of movement is not restricted. Among them I wore a short Bib and the combination was just right at this temperature. I have no doubt that these pants will satisfy me even at temperatures below freezing, when I then possibly supplemented leg warmers.
For most, however, be more important as the size goes down: I am 181 cm tall and weigh 78 kg, my character I would describe as 'normal'. When ordering, I was absolutely undecided whether I should choose M or L. Unfortunately, I have initially decided on L - the pants has indeed just so fit, but I had the weitenregulierbaren waistband (with velcro) the hips, with which you can adjust the seat, completely pull and the seat was still minimal for my taste too loose. So I ordered the pants again in M and fit, and the legs are not as too short. The range control I do not need this, because the pants while sitting tight, but not too tight. Yet a narrow tightrope walk with my body measurements ... If someone from Vaude should read this: perfect for a successor would possibly a few loops for an additional nylon belt.
My conclusion after the first use: A great winter pants, I can only hope that they last as long as my old holding.
