Report bad !!!

After nearly a year of operation of this device and felt 100 calls to the hotline and fault estimated 200 times the system to restart, I would like to withdraw from the contract. Unfortunately, I am dependent on this misserable technique because there is no alternative in my neighborhood. Improvement is not in sight. Rather, I was recommended to the radio fluctuations (which can be the fault of the part of Vodafone) to reduce by buying an outdoor antenna for 100. The spiders yet !!!!
