have ordered this CD for cleaning my DVD Navi drive (Audi A6 4F MMI 2G) because I was constantly reading errors.

Navi DVD out, pushed in the CD slot, 30sec waiting Navi DVD back in, MMI reset / restart performed and behold No more reading errors.
Perform the procedure now preventively out every 3-4 weeks. Since then (3 months) no read errors!
