This book is very well built and full of essential tips for PACES. I decided to buy this book just after my competition results. I was able to determine what had really missed me during this year and I had to change my year of doubling: a healthy diet, the practice of a sport ... Thus this book allowed me to reassure me about my work method and why not improve, so I even advise friends! The price seemed a little high at first, but eventually it is completely justified by the quality of the content. So a big thank you to this generous carabin!
