Shortly I will explain what I'm fine and not like so much:
+ Very simple, logical and intuitive operating system - WP8 really made me confident towards Android and IOS. Everything is fluid and harmonious, the design is great and it works just fine. Definitely something for pragmatists :) The system is thoroughly thought through and built meaningful. In Android you lose partially menu maze.
+ The handle! 160g are definitely not too heavy. The phone is comfortable to hold and can also be comfortably operated with one hand. The weight does not even notice it. I have rather small hands and am otherwise rather slightly built, so I had initially apart from the Lumia, but I am completely satisfied in the point. The phone fits comfortably in your pocket.
+ Live Tiles - me makes it really fun to make the home screen with the tiles - I'm excited about the idea. But is a matter of taste.
+ Meanwhile, wide selection of apps, certainly still missing the one or the other. There are most apps for free and without advertising, which is very different in IOS (since costs almost everything) and the app store Microsoft is still not nearly as cluttered as that of Android. A very pleasant spot at WP8.
+ The free provided by Nokia available navigation software. Really super navigation, because you need no additional Navi more. Because actually comes ran only the Navigon software and is not cheap. I am dependent on a good navigation software accordingly I had to 90 EUR for Navigon other smartphones draufschlagen.
+ Maps from Nokia. Always up to date, free and very nice card. Almost as good as the Google :). The beauty is that you can download the maps and always has available offline. Very convenient for visits abroad, so you can navigate, etc. without additional costs abroad. Also suitable for people who like the great outdoors on the road, because you do not need reception to see where you just is :). Really good!
+ Typing on the QWERTY keyboard works very fast and pleasant. For example, by holding it pressed, you can set the cursor comfortably move to any position and marking is accurate.
+ The camera takes great pictures and useful.
+ Nokia Music is great to get to know music. - great idea
+ Good hardware, it all goes very fast.
+ Replaceable battery and cover. That should be standard!
+ Integration of SkyDrive (cloud) and Office.
+ Processing is very high, everything fits perfectly and looks great. A great spot for Nokia HTC instead.
+ Yet not a single SOFTWARE CRASH! For all other smartphones, which I had so far in my fingers, there was every now and then software problems. System hangs, crashes, etc. WP8 is very stable.
o battery life is passable. I come with normal use (WLAN, data connection, etc.) at approximately 2 days. It helps the cell phone every few days to restart times, then all background processes are closed and the idle battery consumption is considerably reduced. Compared to other smartphones, the Lumia 820 is the battery consumption, in full section. Perhaps there will someday a bigger battery on the market ...
o The system is highly encapsulated, similar to iOS. That's on the one hand a big advantage, because this system is very consistent, fluid, intuitive, etc. Everything seemed very round and harmonious. On the other hand, you can not track exactly where that file is hidden precisely. The influence of the user on the system is reduced to a minimum. Who like to try a bit of themselves as a hobby developers or software makers, which is not well advised with WP8.
- No FM - Radio more. Supposedly be installed an FM transmitter, but WP8 does not support FM radio - pity. This leaves only the Internet Radio (radio.de - best app), which is of limited use, however outside of WLAN.
- Unfortunately, some typical Microsoft :) The memory sits down with time, fortunately, there are now cleaning up apps and power consumption increases with the time when not even the phone restarts.
- PDF Reader must first be installed.
Conclusion:
Really successful smartphone. The operating system is reliable and confident. Nokia provides, as before, very high-quality smartphones ago and offers innovative additional Apps. Here you will find the phone or in a relatively early phase product, therefore all is not right down to the last, but almost :).
