robust 3-person tent

We have lived in this tent in August 2010 in the highlands of Iceland and it was a comfortable cabin. The storm strength was not put to the test, but I have no doubt, as long as the tent is also solid tired. It is very rigid in thanks to the ingenious Power-frame suspension. Below I would like to enumerate the positive and negative features.

POSITIVE
- Inexpensive
- Very good processing, for example, taped seams, robust zippers
- Low weight, provided that it is used by 3 persons
- Hardly flutter noise in high winds (you will not be disturbed by crackling falling asleep)
- Excellent interior space thanks 4 steeper walls
- 3 Exped Synmats or Downmats fit perfectly side by side
- Relatively good ventilation
- Very robust tent floor, waterproof up to 10,000 mm water column
- Relevant fact footprint also covers Apsidenfläche
- Apses spacious enough, provided that backpacks be stored outside the tent
- Cooking inside the apses possible (used: Trangia alcohol cookset)

NEGATIVE
- The zipper of the apses jammed easy with the zip cover (but is easily detachable)
- The zipper of the apses is not waterproof. This becomes only noticeable,
when in continuous rain water is blown by the wind under the zippered cover. The inner tent is
not wet, there is relatively little water drops in Apsidenbereich.
- The so-called "Groundvent degree" should be replaced at the head and foot through tent fabric in the wind.
