Red meat or white meat, guaranteed. Where is the advantage to use lattendrisseur this is most evident on pieces less noble meat, fibrous than lon must cook a long time usual (bourguignon, stew etc).
Cleans relatively easily but can be dangerous to handle because the spikes pierce really good. So, I prefer to leave it in the dishwasher. Hint: jOperation of the cord to keep the tips outputs before turning the dishwasher and it comes out clean as a whistle;)
Convenient and very affordable. Good value for money. I am fully satisfied so I recommend;)
