Unlike one of my Vorrezensenten installation under Windows ran 8 64-bit with me easily, the meter was detected after the first plugged immediately.
The user interface is smart and at the same time built up very simple. Using animations explains each step and necessary for good 5 minutes, the screen is calibrated. At the end you get a before / after comparison. This showed me very clearly that my monitor was previously set to slightly reddish.
It is striking that I perceive from the calibration details in shadows and gradients look harmonious. However, I see in Photoshop Lightroom now mercilessly the color variations of my camera, but I can now correct deliberately. It would be nice if there were a solution that ensures during recording for the correct colors. Then you could save the rework. But at least I now have control over what I see and edit.
Whether professional users will be satisfied with this solution as well, I can not judge, but my amateurish expectations for the product were fully met. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.
