Runway, unfortunately with little fun for the child

I bought this beautiful and well-made runway for my grandchild. The joy was short-lived, as the cars got stuck on the curved paths mostly in the sink. The train did not manage the turn to the next floor. Very disappointing. Did the train returned .... unfortunately. (2 stars there for good workmanship)
