Since I have the current top devices with their almost 5 "all too big, I decided for the S3 Mini.
- A star deduction is available for the display. Although it has the same resolution as my old i9000 it is not quite as sharp / clear. And my (favorite) Live Wallpaper "Shadow Galaxy" looks so somehow .... worse. That struck me earlier as I have not yet put the two phones side by side.
Well ... complain to high level that the display is quite ok in itself. Resolution for 4 "sufficient beautiful rich colors, super viewing angle independence. Only the sharpness Well what the hell compared to i9000 ...., no reason is no longer to like the device because of it.
- If you want to unlock the lock screen with the swipe gesture, the animation is jerky for or the circle arises when you touch the screen with your finger.
Although the device during operation no performance problems shows itself. Is probably due to the programming of the lock screen. (Hab in my i9000's only a nucleus and running 4.1.2. Thereon absolutely liquid, or the unlock animation)
- What strikes me still negative compared. The home button at the bottom center protrudes slightly out of the housing. What certainly promotes press the unintended ... When i9000 Button is curved inward, sunk or ... Liked much better.
Otherwise, I have nothing to complain at the mini S3.
Good Smartphone with small flaws at a reasonable price.
Oh, but still has what postives write the end;) The headphones are again absolutely amazing! From the sound quality the best in-ear I've ever had. (No, I've never bought that more than 100 euros)
