Very nice standing speakers in black piano finish and good sound quality for the price of about 157, -!

Who the exact course of the delivery and the realization of the 4-star rating know wants, may read the following facts. In any case, Amazon is presented in the present case to be extremely inflexible companies.

History:

After months of searching, I have now decided to buy this floor-standing speaker.
Unfortunately, there is so far no tests or customer opinions read. After extensive research on the net I found out that they probably Identical to the Vector 205 is - performance, dimensions and weight of both models are absolutely identical. The only difference is the painting or foiling. The outer skin of the Vector is rather dull, the Anniversary of the contrast glossy black ..

The order (6 pcs., Each 156.8) was abandoned on 18 March 2015 and is to be delivered on 24 March. I expect even hopeful delivery and whether the optic corresponds to the ideas. But I am in good spirits.

The speakers are in the 7.1 system (Receiver Yamaha RX-V659) be integrated and sufficient for a 30m² room. Due to the space arrangement, the speakers are intended for the side and rear sound and are positioned at a distance of approximately 0.5 to 1 m from the wall.

There were times the time being it 5 stars for looks in the pictures.

Continued 24/03/2015:

The speakers have arrived yesterday afternoon by PTA. The LS were delivered separately in the original packaging from the manufacturer.
So unpacked and at the first box, the negative surprise - Handling damage!
To make a long story short, by the 6 supplied speakers were damaged 3. Failure 50%.
The damage I think both the manufacturer (magnate) are to blame, because the packaging for at least 17.6 kg heavy box is too weak and designed. To chalk the company. Amazon that they are not declared on the package a more significant transport (cost halt more). Also, the carrier is to be notified, as well as everything else is handled gently with the packages.
Ok, that was really tedious then that declare LS in Amazon as damaged and returned. It did not appear just the required barcode. So incl. Repacking the LS least 3 sins wasted. And now to the post office again an hour.
During this time I had the LS wired loosely, connected and set!

Amazon a replacement is sent. I'm curious ....

So to look. The speakers look exactly like I had imagined. Beautiful glossy black piano finish, however, with very small and rather inconspicuous errors (in a box are the bottom of the foot small blisters available and sometimes you see just a slightly dirty deburring of sheet). But on a black glossy film one really sees yes every little thing.
The mid / woofer shimmer in matt silver, the tweeter is glossy black with silver edging also softly gleaming. The speaker cover is made of fabric and does not act as noble as for example in the Vector models; but that's a matter of taste. It's all screwed and also otherwise no defects can be discovered.

Thus I level optics and processing a 4.5-star.

The packaging by Magnat I rate it with 2 stars, because the LS would have been in a bit more resistant packaging, there would have been no damage. The original packaging is not suitable for mail order !!!!

Today the replacement of the damaged LS 3 has arrived. There are 2 of them damaged.

Continued 03/28/2015:

The LS are now for 2 days in operation, with my old Quadral-standing speakers as the front and the 4 Magnat serve as side and back speaker. Was connected via good 2.5mm cable, even bi-wiring is possible.

You can directly compare about the 7-Stereo mode my Yamaha and I can only say the tycoon play much better. Both high mittle tones come much clearer and more precise, with much less distortion. Only there in the deep tones of a tie, although it should be noted that the Quadral has much larger woofers and it even 2 pieces / box.
Of course, you must still wait for the so-called "break-in period", then the LS will sound even better alleged.

03.30.2015 Today again receive 2 damaged speaker continued. It is the cry !!!!!

Continued 04/01/2015. From me again a replacement delivery has been requested. The "Amazon-Dame" was informed that one may check the goods before sending, because nice and slow I suspect that the speakers have been damaged before shipping. In addition, I have asked to better pack the goods.
Today the weights lt PTA shipment tracking. The same as with the speakers previously supplied. Mir schwant nothing good!

04.02.2015, 15.00 Clock: Today 2 speakers (3 replacement) arrived back in their original packaging, which again is a side hinged on the left front edge. The other has a hairline fracture at the base of the back, which I will however keep. And I have expressly pointed out to pack the LS trim.
How smart is now from Amazon, not constantly neat to pack though we anyway know that the original packaging is not enough ????
So after two phone calls with Amazon employees LS allegedly no longer available (although still 10 pcs. Are listed as in stock). On hacking my part was to be that it probably would be problems, the LS were from Amazon on the grounds taken "item is checked" kurzfristigfür a few days from the sale.
Now I stand with 5 intact speakers because, although I need 6!

A few days later a replacement (1 LS) was sent to intervention on my part again.

Update 04/10/2015: Now the 4th replacement has arrived. As might be expected, again no better packaged and slightly damaged the rear. I keep in now, so that the "drama" is over. I'm curious whether and how Amazon is recognizable.
