The device is equipped with Windows 7 Starter, which is also my first point of criticism at the device because Windows 7 with only 1GB of RAM simply is not enough, because the graphics still branches off a few MB of this memory from time Windows 7 is not exactly frugal when memory usage and so is after booting only about 30% as free space available. That's just too little for another smooth working.
Fortunately relatively easy and cheap you can swap the memory to a 2GB bar. Nevertheless, Windows 7 feels as Windows XP, little support what I had running on my old Samsung NC10.
When delivery Samsung has as almost all manufacturers continue saving and so no recovery or Wiederherstelungsmedien be supplied with more.
Samsung familiar as fully on his recovery partition, but with a hard drive failure does not help really on.
Otherwise, the unit is supplied complete with bag and charger. The pre-installed software from Samsung is quite extensive. Above all, the backup software you should take a closer look, because there can be produced very quickly the netbook after system error.
The online games and the trials would be Samsung but rather to save because it is not always clear what causes further costs or what is really free software as this.
Finally, I would recommend the netbook further as Samsung offers here a robust and fully equipped machine at a good price.

Negative points:
* Windows 7 sluggish
* Memory 1GB too small
* No recovery media here
