I bought this adapter to a dvd burner IDE. It has done its office and I am fully satisfied. However before buying this product you should know 2 things. First, the adapter does not provide power your device, so you'll have 2 molex equity available on your diet, one for the adapter and one for your IDE device. Then, the adapter can only handle one device, so forget any project multiple topping. If these two constraints pose no problem to you then you can buy this product without fear.
