Save detergent, almost rigid material, fresh scent own

This is the third washing ball, which is in my application.
My first was about 4 years (2-person household) served us well, then noticeably lost its effect.
Therefore, this ball came as the successor to the house.

The ball consists of almost hard material, which surprised me, because the predecessor is yielding softer plastic.
However, the surface has no unclean edges and I'm assuming that the laundry is not damaged.
Filled is the PURE CLEAN Waschball with different colored balls that Erstkugel included only white odorless balls.
The ball a slight "fragrance fresh" scent, even if no perfume is indicated as a component. Although the washing ball is used with me with some washing powder, I do not think that what carries the scent of balls on the laundry. If it is, it smells fresh at least ;-)

Meanwhile, the first four machines are running with the ball and wash as previously reaches one-third of the recommended amount of detergent and the laundry is still clean.
Perhaps it would also (almost) without detergent, but I feel so comfortable and the laundry smells simply fresh ...

Parallel I ordered the "Relax Days 10017191 Waschball", this is softer plastic material also contains multi-colored balls and smells slightly. This has received 5 stars from me because of the softer plastic.
