Ranx is, for me, the most powerful ever made comics that says TRUTH of our society. I do not insist on it. My criticism is here only on publishing quality. It is a half scam. Qualities: L'book object is neat. We ALL Ranx hand. In particular on 1 Ranx B / W, long enough that I hardly knew. And one short strip little known (have robot!) Published, I believe, only once in the Ranx integral previous. There also has a new valid and funny translation. This is a little short because the first translators was already very good. And Ranx B / W, drawing and scenario is very far below the brilliant mastery of 1 and 2 (The 3 being less inspired anyway). It can not fail to interest fans as a simple document. Faults: THERE IS NO LARGE !!!!!! This is the normal format of the original ed !!! So what does that mean this marketing ad piper? ?? !!!!! Then poor proto-Ranx is that the drawing / inking is only partly Tanino and his buddies do not arriving at his ankle the result is very poor. Finally the high-end laminated paper is not appropriate to make the sublime modeled in colored felt Liberatore. Les EO of Ranx 1 and 2 on simple paper are infinitely best. In this edition transparency effects spend less well. The image is darker, least net and color less alive therefore. Big disappointment !!!! Conclusion: edition quite dispensable and feeling of being a bit a pigeon.
