The volume buttons and the power button are somewhat hard to use, you need a lot more pressure than one is used, perhaps by normal bumpers and hulls or even from "naked" smartphone.
The touch screen also needs a bit stronger pressure than normal, but is still rather smooth (compared to the hardware buttons).
Sorry, no openings for electricity and / or headphones in the envelope provided.
If you like the HTC One has the power connector at the bottom, fits as well as through more than a small angled plug. Then you put the cable back up from the envelope out of course is the zip closure is no longer tight and winding around the outer Velcro cap zuzukriegen is then also no longer there.
For the headphones still Bluetooth remains as a substitute, but to connect a Power Bank I think excluded.
Topeak warns that the smart phone in the envelope could be warm and should be taken with extreme caution outside temperatures. This is well understood because the shell is damn tight and air circulation is because more is probably not possible.
For mounting there are even a belt clip with lever and secondly the Topeak-specific QuickLock latching system.
Included also is a buckle for the handlebar or the stem. Unlike the Ride Case Mount of a frame still about 10cm distance from the actual mounting creates here is just a plastic clip while the smartphone / the Case sits directly on the attachment.
For iPhone 5 / 5s there Topeak as an alternative also hard plastic cases in Waterproof similar to the "normal" Ride Cases are designed and allow the connections accessible. Too bad that only Topeak the non-waterproof case has on offer for other manufacturers.
