Second hole

I am disappointed by this iconic toy. I expected much better quality level. Not even two months after his purchase, the giraffe's neck is already pierced. But my daughter has not played a lot with, it's not his favorite toy! It is in streaks species behind the head as rubber was torn.
Too bad! It was rather cute!

I add that after having contacted customer service Vulli, he proposed me to return another. So I go back to my notes a point for their serious!
