Serve as a good vintage

Here as usual, a wonderful essay by Jean-Paul Kauffmann, wrote soon after his release from Lebanon. In short, without oenological knowledge, we are transported into the Bordeaux and Champagne to meet those farmers for whom wine is a "divine" beverage. You will learn more in this book than by reading an oenological encyclopedia and envy take you to taste these wine appellations and perhaps even to build a cellar.
When will a book like this on even if no cigar smoker I'm not !!!
I recommend reading all the other books of JP Kauffmann even if the subject does not interest you, the author captivates you to the end without fatigue or boredom.
