So stated correctly in the operating instructions: tighten. For this you have but only one screw on the back of the holder to remove the cover to unclip. The screw can be thrown away, as these not more can be attached after installation. Classic design flaw! The cord switch is currently still a little stiff, but I think that is the in the next few days. Another star deduction for too short a cord. A scarce meters longer and it would be perfect for the spotlight at the recommended height to install and an outlet near the bottom (30cm ...) to use. So you do not even reached by cable the floor.
