I received the Accu for my Samsung Galaxy S5 (supposedly new and original). After I had the Accu charged and ONLY W-lan had turned, I lost within an hour 22% Acculeistung. I had made 2 calls from CA, for 3 minutes each. The "Samsung" lettering on the Acuu was glued on both sides with black tape ... (WHY) ?. All I then complained directly and the Accu sent by return mail at 14:11:14 back. Then came a lively e-mal traffic los..Ach moreover WITHOUT salutation without Verabschiedung..oder Sincerely ... Had I the Accu ever sent back? Had I beileget the bill .. (Which bill? As no statement, no delivery note or similar was available)! After I had today the seller set early a deadline to 17.00 clock to otherwise my bank to entrust the chargeback, I just received from Amazon the credit receipt of the amount. Once there, but never again !!!!
