I bought this remote to replace my remote logitech harmony 1100 just not a capricious harmony replacement because my 1100 had dropped me. in short, from a harmony 1100 or I could set with the included Logitech software (which installs on your computer), several specifications during my business creations (those who already used Logitech know what I mean ...), I was disappointed in harmony touch. it is also programmable but only through the website [...] (online configuration software). so I thought the plug on my computer (as the backup computer software all your settings) and that it was going to set up through my back, well not since the latter does that configures the software online .... therefore, have to recreate all my activities "watch tv", "watch a movie", etc ... it's a bit annoying especially when using fully customized settings. either, so I tried to recreate my activities ... but without success !! the online configuration software is a lighter version of the configuration software on the computer. at first I thought it was me who took me badly but after spending a call to the Logitech support, the clerk confirmed that what I wanted to do (and I'd managed to do on my logitech harmony 1100) was not possible since, as said above 2 lines, the software online is a lighter version with fewer functions. he assured me that there would be updates but when? therefore, I prefer to return and get a refund. if not for the rest, the finish is nickel, as always well presented and the touchscreen is nice .... for a few hours that I used.
