Originally once bought as a "snack knife" to rolls as cut surface and to lubricate, now I use it as well as for many other tasks.
General:
The blade has an enormous focus, but they can play everywhere. Who wants to cut on his plate a tomato, cucumber or similar hydrous and partly soft vegetables will hardly find something better. Even meat and side dishes to be shared effortlessly, there are my "good" table knife WMF this but also second to none.
Appearance:
The knife see at first glance not particularly valent, since they have an enormous thin blade that this ends in an "ordinary" plastic handle. Although this is very convenient, hygienic and holds plus the price at a comfortable level, but it does not look good. A blackboard with white tablecloth, several plates, three glasses and these knives simply does not look sorry.
Blade:

At the material used, I can not say much at present, but it's pretty cross elastic. When painting a bread these bends already frighten by, but also back (elastic deformation up). With the serrated blade creates an enormous sharpness, but would also be expected.
Feel:
About the handles probably the ghosts. They are practical, güstig and easy to clean. This makes the they were quite narrow (and plastic) cast, they snid not only difficult to grasp, but also incredibly light. In my not particularly large, hands the handles disappear completely, but that's okay.
The weight is a matter of taste, to me they are pernlich too easy. In combination with the (too) flexible blade, this also leads to point deduction.
All in all, a strong buy recommendation for a top all-rounder, but it should not be the only knife in a household, since they are some requirements but not necessarily accessible (straight, but not only, in the optical range)
