The gap is high-quality.
It is very stable and (typical twin) very sharp. In particular, the scissors are dull permanently sharp and not just after 2-3 bones.

With greasy hands handling may be quite difficult. But I think this is normal and even with other shearing the case.

Conclusion:
In this price range for amateur chefs recommended!
