Shredded into a thousand pieces

Our bathroom is without a basement, the tiles are so cold in winter (half-timbered house).
The scale exploded without the help of family members just like that while everyone was seated at the breakfast table.
I can definitely say that this is used in construction to safety glass.
Thousands pieces but no sharp edges!

Here again a big thank you to Amazon who unhesitatingly replace the products that I had to send the shambles back in this way.

Why this late review?
Because I'm honestly gotten over it, but it still was a concern to me to share this with.
