Moin, While writing reviews is not really my thing, but in this case I feel almost compelled. Also I have had this machine for a few days in operation and am meanwhile stumbled upon the negative reviews here. Then I examined the machine and the already washed clothes. The drum feels even when our copy like a cheese grater. According now looks a part of my clothes. Especially with darker cotton garments notice that the surface is roughened. Everywhere small white threads and lint can be seen. A bedspread is completely ruined. Machine was directly reclaims, returned and replaced by a device with a "normal" drum. The friendly man from the Siemens customer service was added the damage already on site and has. We can only hope that the application for damages is similar accommodating as the exchange of machine across the stage.
Hope that we at Siemens this technique again rethinks and other buyers are spared this problem.
